Breakfast out, TV and drinks!!

Monday 8th October day off do decided to have breakfast out with Debbie. Went to coffee club at Rhodes and had French toast with maple syrup. I can't actually remember the last time I had French toast was good nice thick bread. Then went to look at TV's as will need one when we eventually move into new place. Found a good offer at Bing lee so whilst waiting for Bianca to text did some food shopping, just essentials. Then we went to buy TV, dvd player and cable only $160 each and will pick up Friday. Had look at baby clothes for Ellie and lots of nice ones. Looked in target for Hoover only $70 which isn't bad as we will need one. It was then time forDebbie to go to work so I went to City.
Once in city first stop Topshop as only opened at weekend and wanted to see if similar price to UK. Couldn't believe how big it was had 4floors and most were women only one for men. Was still can't busy considering a Monday had to queue to try on clothes. Ended up buying a electric blue dress which was very reasonable only $50. Was a skirt I quite liked but was more expensive than dress so not worth it. I then went to Roxy to look for any swimsuits had none in Ellie's size. But is shop in Manly so can look there on Saturday as also had nice summer dress for me. But when texted Sharon said wants all in one swimsuit, which didn't have..
At night off to meet Haidee who I met on my training course at RPA in Newtown. Met at her flat which I found good job had google map on phone. Then to decide where to eat as is about 11different types of food in Newtown. Decided to go to African restaurant as never had before was currys. The food was good, the service friendly and helpful and the prices were affordable. Particular highlights were the African flat bread ($2), which resembles a French crepe but appears to be made from different ingredients. The main courses were good shared two different ones a lamb and tuna one and a bottle of wine. Then went for a drink in the bar was very quiet but I suppose it was a Monday. It was nice to have a good catch and get to know Haidee better didn't get in til 12.30.
