Chiropractor, DFO and meet old friends

Monday 18th November woke up 11.30 after night shifts had breakfast watch 'Hart of Dixie' 4 episodes. At 3 thought I best get moving on way to catch train saw Reena from work but only saw when crossing road probably as half sleep. Got train to Burwood just before 4 and as soon as stepped out of station was raining. Luckily had expected it to rain so had come prepared with my rain jacket and umbrella. Go see chiropractor and supposedly responded better this time but then recommended 12 visits to achieve a stable condition. Which I doubt I will really attend all 12 visits as not sure if worth the money might try 2 more to see if any more improvement. Then catch train to city have a little wander then meet Tiago at a Town Hall just after 5.30. We went for food this time to 'Pepper Lunch' love the concept of cooking food on a hot plate went for chicken and rice which was tasty. We then walk to Wynyard to catch bus to Tiago's once there first stop liquorland to get red wine which was nice definitely getting more used to it. Once at his place gave him his present a door sign hanger so no more been walked in on. Aim was to watch 'Homeland' but fell asleep not sure on time but was nice to sleep in the new bed. Tiago left 7.30 in morning didn't feel tired so read some more of book and then fell back asleep til 9.30. Once up shower, made breakfast smoothie and left just after 10. Get bus to Wynyard and then catch train to Noryh Strathfield then walked to DFO. As thought not been for a while so was hoping all work would be finished but unfortunately it wasn't. Was very disappointed wasn't even there an hour and didn't buy anything only coffee and banana bread which doesn't really count. Walked back home chilled for abit whilst watching episode of 'Hart of Dixie' then went for a run. Managed to do 2.33 miles but felt quite sluggish when running but it was quite run but pace was still 10. Once back check letter box had post so went to Post office collect was my white aubin & wills skirt from eBay. As soon as got home had to try skirt on and fit perfectly then shower do toenails which wasn't the best job. Then go meet Ann who used to work at concord at Rhhodes went to Lilly's was too hot for coffee so ended up having a milkshake and a cannoli. Was the first time had a cannoli a Sicilian pastry dessert was good and nice to catch up with Ann aswell as in Sydney for week for work. Just made train with few minutes to spate and got city 6.15 meet Tiago and go for drink. Also was very impressed he noticed I had changed the colour of my toe nails. He then went to have hair cut so I just sat outside and read my book whilst I waited for him. Luckily he was only about 30 minutes then walk to Wynyard get dips and crackers then catch bus to his got there just before 8. His dad was quite fun noticed Tiago had his hair cut and said that he was like 'brand new' which I suppose in a way he was. After speaking to his parents briefly went to his room chilled for abit then watch 'Homeland' with dips and wine very good. Woke up in night with back pain so Tiago very kindly gave me a massage which did help.
