X-ray, Meet old friends and chiropractor

Actually slept well last night which is a novelty at the moment woke up 7ish. Was supposed to be going abseiling today but was cancelled probably due to all the rain we had. So speak to mum and dad on Skype but connection bad their told me all about Nanna and ended up speaking for 40 minutes. Then rest of morning didn't do much as such a miserable day so unfortunately no beach day for me. Eventually just before lunch got moving and went to Coles ended up getting to check out had scanned all items then realised forgot purse. So then went home and straight back to Coles and got exactly the same things but with cash this time. Once home hang washing out, then have lunch, watch TV then after 2 thought best do something so went to Burwood. As I thought I best have my X-rays before see my chiropractor tomorrow afternoon. Once at the X-ray place only expected to have one but ended up having 7 X-rays in total to back and spine but did feel strange wearing a hospital gown. Then once home rest on bed read book for abit and ended up falling asleep woke up just before 6. So thought best do something so ended up going for a run managed to do 2.65 miles with a little calf pain. Home cook dinner used one of the maggi sachets this time was chicken and noodles was good, which made 3 portions. Rest of night just watch TV 'NCIS' with wine aim to have early night think made to bed after 10.30 and read chapter. Woke up 6 luckily went back to sleep and ended up getting at 7.30. Have shower, made breakfast smoothie and luckily sun was shining which was good as off to Bondi today. So got train to Town Hall then walk to Hyde Park to catch bus to Bondi beach. When got there at 10.30 go sit near icebergs and read book whilst waiting for Julie to arrive. As was running late due to traffic, as not seen Julie since met when we were skiing in Bulgaria. Ended up waiting about 30 minutes as got to me just after 11 but her friends were having baby troubles so by time reached us was nearly 12. Was hoping to see the Sculptures by the sea exhibition between Bondi beach and Tamarama Beach as thought finish 15th November but actually finished 11th. Her 3 friends all had pushchairs and was aiming to do the Bondi to Coogee walk with us but realised couldn't as a few steps. So in end just me and Julie did the walk and unfortunately no sculptures to see but was just packing them a way. Also a good job her friends didn't do it with us as their was a few strips so don't think would of managed it. Was a nice day which was good and only took us just under an hour and half to walk which thought was quite good. As the Bondi to Coogee is a cliff top coastal walk which extends for 6 km's featuring many stunning views like beaches, parks, cliffs, bays and rock pools. First stop once got to Coogee was to Melonhead a healthy and delicious food and drinks bar which Julie used to go to when worked here. Which didn't disappointed I have been before for juice which is good but also had toasted sandwich this time. I think I might now have found my new place to go to when come to Coogee but no way to sit there so went to sit on grass near beach. We then got bus to city and Julie gave me a British treat all the way from England some raisin & biscuit yorkie bars and pickled onion monster munch. Which was looking forward to having and was nice to catch up with Julie to realise hadn't changed since last saw her. Then get train from Wynyard to Burwood to go see my chiropractor at 16.10. Once at chiropractor watched video first about what X-ray will show and showed had S shaped spine and slight arthritis to neck. Was told can't do anything about spine but might be able to delay arthritis so did some exercises and made appointment for Monday. Got train back home about 5ish read book for abit then get ready to go meet Tiago and realised caught sun today on walk. Meet Tiago at Scruffy Murphy's after he finished food went to V bar a stylish cocktail lounge near world square. Also on a Wednesday cocktails only $10 and both got a Brazilian cocktail a caipiroska made with vodka not cachaca but got order wrong so Tiago couldn't drink his. Got taxi back to his which his company paid for since had work thing and got in 9ish. When got in his parents were in and dad amusing was studying for English course and straight to his room sleep after 11.
