More nights

Second week of nights but that what you get when your off duty finishes on nights and your next one starts on nights but at least doing four this time, so no short shifts. Tuesday woke up 8.30 went back to sleep til 10 girls already gone for a run couldn't be bothered going to try and meet them. So went to Rhodes to do some grocery shopping and to get a few other bits, then chilled for rest of day kept thinking was going to rain but never happened. I got my photo album today and was so happy with it which was good after all the effect I put into it. Then had to go to work only had 5 patients so nice and was fairly easy didn't need to do much from midnight til 6am. Wednesday didn't sleep well after my night woke up 11 and 12 but then eventually got up at 2.30. Chilled for abit then went for a run had to stop halfway which is never good but did 1.33 miles went with Bianca and Debbie round Bicentennial park. At work got to moved to 4 east a urology ward was 2 of there own staff so just had me floating which was nice just helped where needed and was one off our regular patients on the ward. We had one patient fall out of bed and still don't know how she managed was trying to lower bed and had it up in air was lucky didn't break anything. When went on break didn't sleep but when came back had to take over special for an hour and felt going to fall asleep as patient fast asleep. For a change I didn't eat much on my nights but their was dark chocolate blueberries which was so moorish and got to finish at 7.15 nice to finish early for change.
On Thursday I got up at 1.15 then went to city about 2ish as wanted to have shop round before met girls. I nearly bought the sandals from Nine West again but was good but did buy Ellie another birthday present which saw a few weeks ago. Whilst waiting for girls to arrive sat outside Harbourside and read my book as a nice day, when met them we went to book skydive for Debbie's birthday. As Debbie always wanted to do one and thought why not all do it for her birthday as will be an amazing experience, excited now but think will be scared on day. After that we met Sarah at town hall as coming back to Rhodes with us as off to cinema with Debbie and Bianca to see django. Unfortunately I can't go as at work again tonight but did go for food with them had burrito and smoothie from the food court. At work was annoyed as their stared handover before I arrived and I wasn't even late so missed the whole off one side. Only had 6 patients nice had to relieve meal breaks on 6 east then when came back was wide awake. When got home Sarah up so spoke to her for abit then thought best to to bed. I woke up at 1 then went back to sleep but waking up every hour or so eventually got up at 3 and was raining. Once up went to Rhodes with Debbie as she had to get food shop good job we both had umbrellas otherwise would of got soaked. I also really fancied a chocolate crepe but was shut, so instead had banana waffle at Oliver Brown. Last night on Friday and 1 staff moved so had to have 9 patients which was fine but had hourly obs for first few hours as one patient had Intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) infusion running. I then had a patient complain of abdomen pain and passing urine but thought best do bladder scan and good job did as over 999mls in bladder so Dr did catheter.
