Work and Night out city

Saturday 15th December did not really want to get up to go to work as on early but was a nice shift probably as a Saturday. After work went to Rhodes with Debbie and met Bianca there so Debbie could get her new shoes for tonight, it was then to Coles to do grocery shopping and get alcohol. Once back at home ate mince pie which Bianca had made today very nice feeling abit Christmassy now and then I put my Christmas tree up so definitely felt more Christmassy. We had also got some post which was our New Years Eve cruise, how exciting not long now. Then time to get ready to go out whilst getting ready was dancing in the room just been silly. Unfortunately the trains won't running from concord but had put free bus on take to stratified station, which was good as doing train work again always in a weekend.
First stop once in city was 3 Monkeys on George st which has three levels with balconies, pool tables and an eclectic mixture of decor, this pub is quite a recent addition to Sydney's line up of pubs and bars. Formerly a bank, the building is characteristically 'bank-like' when viewed from outside, but inside is anything but. It normally has live music on at night when we got there was fairly quiet at first had 2drinks then left and looked to be just starting to get busy obvisiously have to go late on. Next went to Bar Century which was just across the road and is known for cheap alcohol. Was full off young ones felt very old had vodka skittle was expecting multi coloured had to choose flavour, not best only stayed for one then left. So went to darling harbour and went to Pontoon bar which was $20 to get. But was worth it as had good music playing and even got chance to dance. Not much talent but can't have everything was a good night. At end of night had tried feet went to McDonalds then taxi home feel asleep in taxi got in 1.30.
